Low Carb Hash Browns - Cauliflower

Ingredients
12 oz grated fresh cauliflower (about 1/2 med. head)4 slices Bacon3 oz chopped onions (about 1/2 cup)1 Tbsp butter (melted or softened)salt & pepper to taste
Directions
In a large skillet, cook the bacon and onion until they just start to brown.

Add the cauliflower; cook and stire until the cauliflower is tender and browned all over.

Add the butter occasionally throughout the cooking process to assist in the browning.

Seasion to taste with salt and pepper.

NOTE: I use a hand-held grater but some use the food processor with the chop blade.
