Directions
Pour it all in the blender and whip. Should get two large pancakes...
Cook on a hot griddle.
Serve with blueberries or peaches... Mmmmm...

    I made these today because I was tired of eating oatmeal. Recipe comes together very quickly. Please note that the batter is VERY runny but the pancake cooks up just fine and will look just like a "normal pancake" when you are done. Taste is very solid. - 4/10/10
