Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients
8oz. Flank Steak, Sliced in thin strips1 clove garlic, minced1/2 cup chopped onion1 can beef broth2 tbsp cornstarch1 tbsp brown sugar1 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce1 tbsp spicy szechuan stir-fry sauce1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp ground ginger4 cups broccoli flowerets
Directions
Coat non-stick pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
Add beef, onion, and garlic and cook until brown.
Move to plate and add half the beef broth and broccoli
Cover and cook until tender
Meanwhile add the remaining ingredients into the remaining beef broth and stir till combined.
Add to pan when broccoli is done and stir constantly until thickened return beef back until warmed through.
Serve
