13 Bean Soup

Ingredients
2 cups 13 Bean Soup mix (Bob's Red Mill)1 Pork Hock1 398 mL can tomato sauce1 medium onion, diced1 tbsp chili powder1 tbsp minced garlic1.5 tsp salt
Directions
soak beans overnight, drain and rinse
bring beans, pork hock to boil in 2.5 L water
simmer for 3-3.5 hrs
add rest of ingredients to taste
simmer for 30 mins.
yields approx. 9 cups of soup
