Ingredients
1 tangerine, peeled1/2 cup pineapple chunks, frozen1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt1 cup skim milk
Directions
Peel 1 tangerine, add to blender with 1/2 cup pineapple. Blend until smooth, approximately 10 seconds. Add 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 cup skim milk. Blend until smooth, approximately 10-15 seconds.
Makes 2 smoothies.
