Mediterranean Chicken Baked Beans

2 Chicken Breasts1 can (240g) Baked Beans3 medium Mushrooms1 Yellow Pepper1 medium OnionGreen Beans (about 30)3 Cloves garlic1 tsp oregano1 tsp basildash of wine
1. Cut chicken breast into small bite size pieces
2. Fry off in a little low fat spray until cooked through
3. Add chopped onion and crushed garlic to the pan and fry for 2 minutes
4. Add the chopped pepper, mushroom and green beans to the pan and cook for a further 3 minutes
5. Finally, add the baked beans, herbs and wine and cook until the beans are heated through.
6. Serve alone or with a side salad and with grated parmesan cheese
