spinach (no onion,peppers,meat,etc.)omelet

Ingredients
1 cup of spinach 1 large egg or 2 regular eggs1 cup of shredded colby cheese
Directions
start with a cup of fresh spinach.wash the spinach.put a little of olive oil in a sauteing pan.put the spinach in to start sauteing,once 1/4 the way done crack 2 eggs on top ( you can scramble them or keep them sunny side up) sprinkle a small pinch of salt on the food then wait till done on the bottom then flip repeat the sprinkling of salt then once done put about a half or a whole cup of cheese on it.( how much cheese you put on there depends on how much you like it any amount between a cup and below would work)
