Spanish Rice

Ingredients
3 Pork Steaks, cut in bite size pieces1 Onion chopped1 Bell Pepper1 Tbsp Cooking Oil1 Tsp each Chili Powder, Salt, Pepper1 Can Stewed Tomatoes1 Can Mushrooms drained1 Cup Water1 Cup Rice1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Brown Pork, Onion, and bell pepper in oil. Add chili powder, salt and pepper. Stir. Add stewed tomatoes, water, mushrooms, and rice. Bring to boil. Turn heat to simmer and let cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. When rice is done, take off heat. Stif in cheese and cover. Let sit for 5 minutes. Serve.
