Ingredients
1/2c Margarine1/2c Nonfat Milk1/2c Unsweetened Cocoa Powder2c Sugar3c Rolled Oats1/2c Unsweetened Coconut
Directions
In a large bowl, sift oats and coconut together.

In a saucepan, combine milk, margarine, cocoa powder, and sugar. Heat. Bring to a boil for EXACTLY 5 minutes with constant stirring.

Pour contents of pot into dry ingredients bowl and mix well. Drop by tablespoon onto Wax Paper. Let sit 15-20 minutes until they harden.
