Spicy Turkey Chili

Ingredients
8 oz ground turkey or chicken1 Onion, choppedI can chopped tomatoes1 tsp cumin1 tsp white pepper3 cloves garlic2 Tbls. olive oil1 Can white beans1 Can Kidney beans
Directions
In large pot brown garlic in olive oil and add turkey or chicken over medium heat for 5 minutes. Mix in chopped onion and cook for 5 more minutes. Stir in beans, tomatoes, cumin, white pepper and let simmer for 20 minutes on med-low heat. Top with 1/2 ounce Parmesan cheese and serve. Makes six 1 cup serving.
