Ingredients
1 15oz can Bush's Black Beans, drained and rinsed1 11oz can Green Giant White Shoepeg Corn, drained1 c. chopped green pepper1 med. Vidalia onion, chopped1 TBSP olive oil1 tsp. cumin3 TBSP lime juice1/8 tsp. red pepper flakesSplash of hot sauce
Directions
In medium skillet, saute onion, garlic, and pepper until tender. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Serves 6.

Can be served warm with shredded cheese and lite sour cream, or cold as a salad.
