Peppered mackerel dip

Ingredients
4 wholemeal pita200g skinned peppered smoked mackerel fillets skinned30g watercress(removed large stalks)1tsp mustard100glight cream cheese70g low fat natural yogurtgrating of whole nutmeg1.5 tbsp lemon juicesaltwatercress to garnish
Directions
Split pita, cut in to dipping triangles. Bake in med oven for 8-10 minutes.
Whiz rest of ingredients in a processor. Serve garnished with Watercress with pita chips.
