Cooked Apples

Ingredients
1 apple sliced thin1.5 tbsp sugar (adjust accordingly)2 tbsp butter (adjust accordingly)2 tsp cinnamon (adjust to taste)
Directions
This is really simple & quick. I slice apple very thin then place it & all other ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat. Cook until apples are tender and syrup is reduced (does not take long) Pour over waffles or pancakes.. or enjoy as a dessert with a little of whipped cream
