Robyn's kick-ass cucumber sunumo salad

Ingredients
1-2 English (seedless) cucumbers1-2 cups shredded carrotdressing:1/2 cup rice wine vinegar3-4 tbsp soy sauce1-2 tbsp white vinegar1-2 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions
Chop your cukes and your carrots- put into a large bowl. Pour dressing over and toss with tongs. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour- to overnight. The longer it sits the better it tastes! Enjoy!
