12 MiCasa corn tortillas2 cans Old Elpaso enchilada sauce 1/2 cup Black Olives1/2 cup Kraft Mexican Style 4 Cheese Blend (2% Milk)1 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes1/8 cup Banana Peppers20 oz. Shady Brook Farms Ground Turkey 85/15
Fry turkey burger in a pan and drain
dice olives, tomato and banana pepper put aside
Heat Enchilada sauce in pan
Toast tortillas
Dip tortillas in sauce
fill with 1 tbsp of burger, sprinling of veggies and cheese, wrap up and lay in bottom of a 9x13 pan
after all are filled pour remaining sauce and filling ingredients over the enchiladas, cheese last.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
Makes 12 enciladas (3 servings)
