Chicken, Bacon, and Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients
3 cups romaine lettuce 0.5 oz blue cheese1 serving turkey bacon2 tbsp balsamic vinegar1/2 chicken breast
Directions

Cook the chicken and slice into strips (or better yet, use leftovers from last night's dinner).
Cook the bacon and crumble into pieces.
Put lettuce in a bowl and top off with the blue cheese and bacon. Add the cooked chicken while it is still warm, then drizzle on the balsamic vinegar.
Toss together and enjoy!

    Try adding a few slices of red onion, a quartered Italian tomato, some halved green grapes, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and fresh cracked black pepper and minced garlic (or powder)...really kicks this up a notch! - 1/15/08

    So yummy... Everyone enjoyed and no left overs this time. I used Turkey bacon and added a few other veggies like red onion, cran raisins and queso fresco. Wonderful and easy.. I will be having this often.. - 7/14/14
