Healthified Four Tortillas

Ingredients
1 cup flour1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. baking powder1 Tbsp. applesauce1/3 cup warm milk
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together, then add applesauce. Mix thoroughly, add warm milk. Stir/knead until a soft dough is formed. Separate dough into 6-7 balls, then roll balls between two pieces of parchment paper as thinly as possible. Spray 10 inch frying pan one time with pan spray, cook each tortilla over medium heat about 15-20 seconds each side, or until you see bubbles start to pop up all over the surface.
Makes 6-7 servings.
