Nan's Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients
16 oz cheese filled tortellini1 green pepper, thinly sliced1 red pepper julienned or thinly sliced1 small red onion, julienned or thinly sliced1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese1 boneless chicken breast, sliced into small strips1/4 cup olive oil2 tsp lemon zest2 Tblspn ground almonds1 Tblspn honey
Directions
Cook pasta until al dente, about 4 minutes. Drain and run under cold water. Refrigerate until chilled.

In non-stick pan, cook chicken. Set aside to cool.

Cut up peppers and onions.

Prepare dressing of olive oil, lemon zest, almonds and honey in a bowl and set aside.

Mix in large bowl cooled pasta and chicken. Add peppers and onions. Add cheese and dressing to toss.

Served chilled.
