Florida Baked Pork Chop Dinner

Ingredients
4-6 Pork Chops, Boneless1/2 C. orange juice1 t. salt1/4 t. pepper1/2 t. dry mustard1/4 C. dark brown sugarFrozen or Canned tiny, pearl onions, drainedSliced Carrots, canned, drained1 orange, thinly sliced
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Trim fat from chops and place in a large, shallow baking dish.
3. Combine orange juice, salt, pepper, dry mustard, and brown sugar. Mix well. Pour over chops. Bake for 45 minutes, basting occasionally. Add remaining ingredients in amounts to your taste and bake 15 minutes longer, basting once or twice.
