Hot tuna- Taken from the Abs Diet

Ingredients
1/2c celery chopped1 onion1/2c, shredded mozz1/2c. cottage cheese1 can tuna1/4 c. mayo1 tbs. lemon juice3 english muffins
Directions
pre heat oven to 350.
in pan cook onion and celery til soft, add cottage cheese, mayo, lemon, and tuna, cook til warm.
split muffins open, spread mixture evenly on muffins, top with mozz cheese.
Bake 10 mins
