Minty Orange Salad

Ingredients
2 Oranges, peeled and cut into chunks3 cups romaine, shredded1/3 cup chopped walnuts2 T fresh mintDressing2 T olive oil 1 T balsamic vinegar1 T orange juice1 garlic clove, crushedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a small bowl whisk together dressing ingredients. Toss remaining ingredients with the dressing and serve chilled.
