Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 cup Wild rice1/2 cup brown rice1/4 cup butter1 cup onion diced1 cup celery diced1 cup sliced mushrooms3 1/2 cups chicken broth sea salt to taste1 tsp thyme1 tsp sage
Directions
1. Saute uncooked rice, onion, celery and mushrooms in butter or oil for 3 to 5 minutes. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole and add hot chicken broth.
2. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Can be used as stuffing
