Tuna Salad

Ingredients
3 cans of albacore tuna 1/2 cup low fat mayo (Hellmann rduced fat)1/4 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped celery1/4 cup pickle relish
Directions
empty cans of tuna into a bowl and smash with a fork into smaller flakes.
chop onions/celery and add to tuna.
add pickle relish and mayo
Mix together. serve on rice cake, pita or in a low fat wrap with extra lettuce.
