Salsa Chicken Bake

Ingredients
24 oz Boneless, skinless chicken breast (4-6 oz breasts)2 cups salsa1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray oven safe pan with cooking spray (a 9 x 13 cake pan works well). Mix together salsa and brown sugar. If you are concerned about sugars, you can omit the sugar. I have made this recipe without the sugar and it still tastes delicious. Place thawed 4 (6 oz) chicken breasts in cooking pan and pour salsa mixture on top of each one. Place in the oven for 25 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink on the inside and cooked through completely. Remove from oven and serve with yummy Spanish Rice and Refried Beans! Makes four servings. ENJOY!
