Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

* Broccoli, fresh, 4 cup, chopped * Cauliflower, raw, 4 cup * Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced * *BacOs Bacon Bits, 6 tbsp * Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 cup * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup * *Splenda, 48 tsp
Makes 16 servings
Wash and chop broccoli and cauliflower and add to large bowl. Add 1/2 a thinly-sliced sweet onion (ex. red, Vidalia, Texas Sweet) and bacon bits.
In a small bowl, mix mayo, cheese and Splenda. This is a very thick dressing. Add to bowl with veggies and fold in. Cover and refrigerate for several hours to overnight. The dressing will meld with the salad and thin out. Stir well before serving.
