Low Fat, Carb, Sodium Feta and Black Bean Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
One package Lean ground turkey,5 can tomatoes.5 can black beansHandful of fresh basil10-15 leaves fresh mint3 cloves garlic minced3 0z fat free feta2 tbs greek seasoning1 tsp crushed red pepper1 tsp cuminkosher salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Directions
turn grill on high-- Makes 9-10 burgers

put turkey in a mixing bowl along with minced garlic, seasonings, feta, and chopped herbs
put half a can each of beans and tomatoes in a smaller bowl and smash with fork. Add to turkey mixture. Mix well and form 9-10 burgers. Grill to well done. Serve inside lettuce cups with grilled red peppers and hummus.

    This recipe was great! I made it for my family and they loved it! I didn't add any mint, greek seasoning, or cumin though. I did sub the seasoning for an italian one. Would make great meatballs also! =] - 1/9/10
