Banana Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt3/4 cup Becel Light Margarine or any margarine that is at least 50% less calories1/3 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetner1/3 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1 tsp. vanilla extract3 medium bananas, mashed1 large egg1 (12 oz) pkg. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chipa
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 48 mini-muffin cups with cooking spray, set aside.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl; set aside.
Combine margarine, Splenda, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend and vanilla in large bowl; beat at medium speed with mixer until creamy. Beat in bananas and egg. Gradually mix in flour mixture; stir in chocolate chips. Spoon batter into prepared pans, filling cups 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes our clean. Cool l0 minutes in pan on wire rack. remove muffins from pans to wire rack to cool completely.

Makes 48 mini muffins.
