Tater Tot Hotdish Hot Dish Casserole

Ingredients
1 small bag ore-ida tater tots (approx)1 lb. Ground Beef1 c. frozen peas1 can cream of celery soup1 c skim/fat free milk1 onion, chopped1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Bake tater tots on cookie sheet, brown beef with onion, prepare soup with milk, all at the same time. Add soup to browned beef/onions, add peas. Heat until tots are crispy, layer beef mixture on bottom of pyrex casserole pan, top with even layer of tater tots, bake 35 mins, add the shredded cheese on top for the last 5 mins of baking, let cool, serve. Serves 8 ppl.
