Summer Orzo Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 Box Orzo pasta1 Large Cucumber1 Container Cherry Tomatoes1 Small Package Sugar Snap Peas4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 Cup Golden Rasins1 Package Feta Cheese (3.5 oz)3 Chopped Green Onions8 -10 Fresh Mint Leaves -choppedSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Cook orzo pasta according to package directions. Chop cucumber, peas, tomatoes, onions and mint while pasta is cooking. Toss all ingredients together in large bowl. Cover and chill (best if chilled over night). Enjoy!
