Garlic Soup with tortillas, avocado and lime

Ingredients
1 head garlic separated and smashedDried cilantro.5 c canola oil6 small corn tortillas halved and cut into 1/4 inch stripssea salt1 avocado1 lime2c broccoli florettes1 jalapeno peppervegetable bouillion or miso
Directions
Heat 6 c water, garlic and cilantro. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain solids and return broth to pan, keeping warm.

Heat oil in a skillet and fry tortilla crisps. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

Juice the lime and add to the sliced avocado.
Add broccoli and jalapeno to broth and simmer 3 minutes. Divide tortilla strips and avocado between 4 bowls. Ladle soup over and serve immediately.
