Andy's Liver Dumpling Soup (Leberklosse)

Ingredients
4 oz (1/4lb) liver sausage1 egg white1/2 cup italian bread crumbs1 tablespoon parsley1 tablespoon ketchup2 cups fat free low sodium beef broth 1 pkt sodium free instant beef broth(mixed in 1 cup water).5 tsp onion powder.5 tsp garlic powder
Directions
makes three servings
(1serv=cup broth +4 meatballs)

put all broth and water in pot and set to simmer

mix liver sausage, egg white, bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, onion, ketchup, form into twelve 1 inch balls.

drop balls into broth and simmer 5 minutes, serve with additional parsley garnish

add pepper to taste.
