Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 c. flour1.5 t. baking powder.5 t. baking soda1 t. cinnamon.5 t. nutmeg1/2 c. egg beaters1.5 c. mashed bananas (5 bananas)1 c. sugar.5 c. unsweetened applesauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Combine dry ingredients. Set aside. Combine eggs, bananas, sugar and applesauce. Add flour mixture. Pour into greased 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes.
