Lentil spinach tomato soup

Ingredients
1 lb bag of dried lentils2 packages of frozen, chopped spinach, thawed if you desire1 can diced tomatoes1 can of chicken broth4 bouillion cubes4 cups of water1 onion diced
Directions
Spray stew pot with cooking spray and add onions. Add salt and paprika. Sweat onions until they soften. Add washed lentils. Add can of tomatoes and frozen spinach. Cover with chicken broth and water. Add boullion cubes. Let simmer on low 2 hours. Add a touch of cumin if you like the spice, it gives it a nice undertone.
