Lemon, Cilantro Basmati Rice

Ingredients
1 cup basmati rice1-3/4 cup water1/2 tbsp. smart balance2 tsp. chicken bouillon2 cloves garlic-mincedjuice of 1 lemon10 grams cilantro-fine chop1/2 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
1. Rinse rice a couple times then leave soaking in water until next step is ready.
2. bring water to boil in a kettle
3. in saucepan, melt smart balance then add the boiling water.
4. add rice and lower heat . cover and simmer for 20 minutes undisturbed.
5. before rice is done mix the rest of the ingredients. when rice is done add these to the rice and mix...enjoy
