stuffed portabella cassarole

Ingredients
2 cans Crab any brand3 TBSP fat free mayo3 ounces fat free mozzarrela cheese1 cup crushed wheat crackers2 egg whitesMix all together in a bowl and set asideClean mushrooms, destem, slice in 3/4 inch slices and layer over bottom of the pan and add 3 tblsp butter to pan, cover with crab mix and bake at 375 for 25 minutes
Directions
bake at 375 for 25 minutes covered, then uncover and increase to 425 for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
