Glorified Tuna Egg Delites

Ingredients
6 eggs1 can tuna in water2 T. mayo (yogurt substitute)1 T. relishchopped onion(optional) 1/4 t. mustard
Directions
1) boil eggs (6) for 35-40 minutes
2) while eggs are boiling, mix 1 cn. of tuna with 2 T. of light mayo or yogurt
3) add relish, chopped onions add mustard
4) when boiled eggs are ready, rinse with cold water 'til cool
5) cut each egg in half
6) remove yolk(add to tuna mix) optional
7) fill each half egg with tuna mix (like filling deviled eggs
8) chill
Makes 1 dozen delites
