Linda's Broiled Tomatoes

Ingredients
2 whole red ripe tomatoes4 Tbls parmesan cheesesalt & pepper to tastedried parsley flakesolive oil
Directions
Cut tomatoes in half. Brush cut side with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley flakes.
Add 1 Tbls parmesan cheese to each. Broil for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese turns light brown and tomatoes are hot. Serves 4.
