Peaches & Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients
3/4 cup white flour1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. table salt1 sm. pkg. Cook & Serve Fat Free Vanilla Pudding (NOT instant)3 Tbsp. Promise Fat Free Butter1 Lg. White Egg1 cup fat free milk1 Lg. Can Del Monte Sliced Peaches in Lite Syrup (reserve juice)2-8 oz. pkgs. Fat Free Cream Cheese (softened)1 cup granulated sugar6 Tbsp. peach juice (from reserve)2 Tbsp. granulated sugar (kept seperate)1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Beat all ingredients above the peaches ONLY together. Pour evenly into lightly greased 9x13 pan. Drain can of peaches, reserving juice. Arrange peaches over dough in pan. In seperate bowl, beat together cream cheese, cup of sugar and peach juice until creamy. Spread mixture over peaches. Combine 2 tbsp. sugar and cinnamon in small bowl and sprinkle over cream cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Center may not be firm when done.
Makes 15-3x2.6 inch pieces. Only 140 calories and .4 grams of fat!!!!
