Grilled Mozzarella

Ingredients
Butter (unsalted), 2 slices Whole Wheat Bread, 2 oz. Mozzarella
Directions
Makes 1 serving.
Heat up the griddle on the stove at medium heat. While heating place one piece of bread on a plate. Seperate the mozzarella in to two slices. Place the slices side by side on the bread. Put the second piece of bread on top. Place half the butter on the top of the bread.
When heated flip the sandwich so that the butter is on the griddle. Move the sandwich around so that the butter melts all over the bread. Add the rest of the butter onto the top of the sandwich. When golden brown flip the sandwich and move the sandwich around so that the butter melts on that side. Cook until golden brown.

    It's a lot of calories and fat grams for one sandwich...guess it's ok if you REALLY need comfort food, but under normal circumstances I would sure try for a HEALTHIER choice! - 4/4/07
