ground turkey taco stew

Ingredients
1 lb. of lean ground turkey1 can pinto beans1 can black beans (both drained)1 can of stewed tomatoes2 cups beef broth1 packet of taco seasoning1 large onion chopped
Directions
brown the ground beef and put in the slow cooker with all the other ingredients. mix well and turn slow cooker on low and leave it alone. 6-8 hours will be more than enough, but if you did this on the stove top I am sure it would be done in 30 minutes. just simmering until the onions were cooked through and the flavor could sink in.

should be great with sour cream and tortillas!

should make about 6 1 1/2 cup servings or so.
