Deb's Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
1 cup raw broccoli, chopped2 cups raw cauliflower, chopped1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts or sunflower kernels1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup chopped red onion4 slices cooked bacon3/4 cup Miracle Whip Light2 tbsp. sugar or Splenda2 tbsp. cider vinegar
Directions
1. Combine broccoli, cauliflower, raisins, peanuts, cheese, bacon, and onion in a large bowl.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Miracle Whip, sugar, and vinegar until smooth.

3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture, mix together, and enjoy! Makes 8 half-cup servings.
