Pina Colada Pie

1 box of Pina Colada Jello1 (8oz) of fat free whipped topping1 graham cracker pie crust (would also be awesome w/ a pretzel crust)1 cup Pineapple tidbitsMaybe a cup of diet lemon lime soda, and toasted coconut on top are options.
Mix dry jello mix with cool whip. Stir in pineapple. If you choose to put in soda add it now. Pour in pie crust.
Toast coconut in oven but make sure you watch it. It doesn't take long at all. Sprinkle on top of jello mix.
Place in freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.
The coconut and the soda are not added into the recipe Nutrition Info.
