Ingredients
5 fish fillets2 tbsp cornmeal2 tbsp breadcrumbs1/4 tsp paprika1/8 tsp dried dill weed1/4 c. nonfat milk3 tbsp "Brummel and Browns" spead or butter substitute melted1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Move oven rack slightly higher than middle of oven.Heat oven to 500 degrees. cut fish into 2" by 1 1/2 " peices. Mix cornmeal, cracker crumbs, salt, paprika, dill weed and pepper. Dip fish into milk then coat with cornmeal mixture. Place fish in well greased rectangular pan, 9"x13". Por "butter" over fish. Cook, uncovered until fish flakes easily with fork, about 10 minutes. serves 5
