    Sounds delicious - Do you think I need the 2 Tbsp of olive oil? The garlic sound wonderful! If you add pineapple juice to the wocesteshire - do you think that would give it a Terriyaki flavor? - 6/11/09

    When using a full package of mushrooms the with the onions and garlic i find it helps. you could try it with less then add more if you think it needs it. I don't know about pineapple with the worsestishire, but you could do the same with soy sauce.
