Ingredients
*Egg white, 3 serving Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .4 cup Baking Soda, 2 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp *Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread, 5 tbsp Applesauce, sweetened, 2 tbsp.*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1.5 cupsEAS Whey Protein Powder Chocolate 1/2 cupAlmond Breeze Almond Milk, 1/8 cup
Directions
melt Butter. Add Splenda, vanilla,egg whites, beat well with whisk. Add cocoa Powder mix well. Add protein Powder, baking Powder, baking soda, applesauce and and almond milk. Mix.
You can make this one pan of 8x8 brownies or 12 cupcakes. I use paper cup cake liners, easier and NO Stick and no spray needed!
