Summer Pork Kabobs

Ingredients
1 lb. pork shoulder ,cut into 1 in. cubes1/2c extra vigin olive oil1/2 tsp. minced garlic 1 tsp. vinegar1 tsp. Montreal Steak SeasoningPam cooking Spray1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1 in. pieces2 med. zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and cut into 1 in. slices1/2 medium onion, cut into 1 in pieces7 oz. approx. 15 whole white button mushroomsapprox. 10 cherry tomatoes
Directions
In a med. freezer bag mix together the oil,vinegar,garlic and steak seasoning. Add the meat to marinade for 30 minutes to an hour. Spray veggies with cooking spray to keep from sticking to grill.Assemble skewers by rotating meat and veggies. Place on grill and cook for approx. 5 minutes then turn over and continue grilling until done.
