Breaded Sole Fillets

Ingredients
CRUMB COATING2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese1 tbsp cornmeal1/4 tsp groung oregano1/4 tsp cayenne1 egg white2 sole fillets (85 grams each)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a broiler pan with non-stick spray. Combine all CRUMB COATING ingredients into a shallow dish. Dip the fillets into egg white then into the crumb mixture. Place on broiler pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes
