1/2 CUP Splenda blend for baking3/4CUP Smart Balance Omega cooking oil2 Egglands Best cage free eggs1CUP white 100% whole wheat flour (KING ARTHUR)1 teaspoon Cinnamon1teaspoon Baking Soda1teaspoon Sea Salt1CUP Freshly shredded carrots1Can (16 oz) Cream Cheese Frosting
Preheat oven 350* Grease 13X9 pan
With electric mixer on medium, beat sugar, oil, and eggs until light. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until well combined. Gently stir carrots into batter. Poor into pan. BAKE 25-30 MINUTES, until toothpick inserted in center of bars comes out clean. Cool completely, then frost.
