Dry black beans, 16 oz (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)Salt, 6 tbsp (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 20 tbsp (remove)Cider Vinegar, 1 cup (remove)
boil black beans
with bay leaf, onion, and half green peper
Place lid on pressure cooker.
Cook for 25-40 minutes (depending on stove)
Let off pressure
Blend green pepper and onion
Discard bay leaf
Add blended mix back to the beans
Add oregano, cumin, and salt
Allow to thicken
