Faux Veggie Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 cup whole kernel corn (no salt added)Uncle Bens Ready Rice (Brown) whole package (2 c.)1/2 c 100% Egg Whites1/2 c frozen peas1/2 c frozen chopped onion
Directions
put uncle ben's rice in microwave to cook
while that cooks:
spray the pan... add the frozen veggies, let thaw, add the egg whites, then add the rice when done.
mix all together and add the corn
